紙料的留著通常用紙料的留著率來表示,有首程留著率和全程留著率之分。

首程留著率也稱為單程留著率,是指在造紙機網部(伏輥處)後還留在紙頁上的物料與離開造紙機流漿箱堰口處的物料之比,有助於瞭解紙料(特別是細小組分)在紙中的留著情況。首程留著率隨各種因素的影響較大,在20%~90%的範圍內變化。變全程留著率又稱為“真實留著率”,是指造紙機乾部捲取出來的物料(紙)與進入造紙機濕部的物料(紙料)之比。全程留著率的範圍一般在90%~95%。的:向是用景,眼

紙頁的成型和紙料脫水

紙料在脫水過程中形成紙頁,紙頁在成型過程中也不斷地脫水,紙料的脫水與紙頁的成型又是相互制約的。
不不具紙頁的成型需要脫除大量的水分,但是也不能脫水太快,如果脫水太急或太快,則紙料纖維在網上來不及均勻分佈就已經成型,難以形成良好質量的紙頁。
如果脫水太過緩慢,則會引起已經分散的纖維重新絮聚,影響紙頁的質量,同時還會在出伏輥時達不到紙所需的乾度和濕強度,從而影響造紙生產。
合理權衡紙漿配料和生產紙種的不同要求和生產條件,使紙料的脫水和紙頁的成型做到相互協調和統一,在得到良好紙頁的成型前提下,盡量滿足脫水的要求
