(一)紙頁成型的目的和作用

紙頁成型的目的是,通過紙料在網上脫水成型,將紙料抄造成為濕紙頁。
紙頁成型的作用是,通過合理控制紙料在網上的留著和脫水,使形成的濕紙頁有優良的勻度和所需的紙頁物理性能。

(二)紙頁成型的任務和要求

紙頁的成型過程是一個紙料在網上留著和脫水的過程。
紙頁的成型是通過紙料在網上脫水而形成濕紙頁來完成的,因此造紙機的網部又稱為成型部。成型部是造紙機的重要組成部分,也是濕紙頁在造紙機上成型的關鍵部位。網部的主要任務是使紙料盡量地保留在網上,較多地脫除水分而形成全幅均勻一致的濕紙頁。

紙料在造紙機網部脫水的同時,紙料中的纖維和非纖維添加物質等逐步沉積在網上,因此要求紙料在網上應該均勻分散,使全幅紙頁的定量、厚度、勻度等均勻一致,為形成一張質量良好的濕紙頁打好基礎。濕紙頁經網部脫水後應具有一定的強度,以便將濕紙頁引入壓榨部。
在抄造過程中,紙料的上網濃度為0.1%~1.2%,出伏輥時紙頁的乾度為15%~20%,而成紙的乾度為92%~95%。因此網部脫水具有脫水量大而集中的特點,占造紙機總脫水量的80%~90%。
