　　禮品盒是一種常見的印刷品，你知道禮盒的製作過程嗎？下麵步殼印刷講述是一個詳細的介紹：


　　1、製版，現在的禮盒註重美觀美觀，所以版本的顏色也是多種多樣的，通常一個禮盒的樣式不 僅有四種基本的顏色，而且還有幾種特殊的顏色，如金、銀這些都是斑點色。


　　2.選紙，一般的禮品盒紙是用雙銅和啞銅紙製成的，重量也是128克、105克、157克，很少有禮 品盒有200克以上，因為包裝紙太厚，容易冒泡，而且外觀也很硬。裝裱紙是根據客戶的需要選擇合 適的雙灰紙，俗稱灰紙板紙或灰色紙板紙。


　　3.禮品盒只印刷包裝紙，紙不能印刷，最多只能染色，因為禮盒是外包裝盒，所以印刷要求很高 ，最忌諱的色差、墨點、壞版這些缺點影響了審美。


　　4.錶面處理，禮盒包裝紙通常要做錶面處理，常見的是過光膠、超靜音膠、超拋光UV、油、太啞 油。


　　5.啤，啤是印刷技術中一個比較重要的環節，為了準確，啤必須準確，如果啤不準確，啤偏差， 啤就會影響後續加工。


　　6.裝，通常先裝，後裝，只有禮盒先裝啤，再裝，一是怕做花袋紙，二是禮盒註重整體美，禮品 盒必須手工製作，才能達到一定的美感。


　　7.最後應該打孔的人會打洞，不打孔的人會擦拭錶面的膠水，然後他們就能包裝和運送貨物了。
