　　1.對基紙的要求


　　對於每一批原紙檢驗，檢測指標包括厚度、硬度、定量、水分、顏色、錶面張力、轉移膜粘合牢度、激光圖案等，與技術標準比較，不能達到不需要的標準，以避免因原紙色差、激光圖案不一致、紙張錶面滴膜等原因造成的印刷色差。


　　2.對油墨的要求


　　油墨供應商需要定量分析油墨在標準樣本印刷中所使用的油墨，包括顏色強度、灰度、色相誤差、著色能力、透明度、粘度、細度、顏色穩定性等指標，作為油墨的技術標準。油墨供應商提供每一批油墨所需的詳細、真實的指標檢測數據，並與標準油墨指標進行比較，符合本公司的內部控制指標可投入使用，從而有效地避免了以往對油墨適應性的主觀判斷，沒有對油墨色差造成的定量分析，還加快了油墨調整的速度，提高了生產效率。


　　3.註意印刷設備的維護和調整


　　定期徹底清洗墨水槽，以確保墨水匙能靈活放置。


　　檢查水輥、墨輥、擺架的磨損情況。印刷壓力由插頭規、油墨棒等檢查，使其與預定值一致。


　　測量膠布和印版的厚度，使其符合標準數據。及時更換紫外線燈，達到使用壽命，避免因紫外線燈功率衰減而影響油墨固化速度，進而影響印刷質量。
