印刷工廠柔性版也叫感光性樹脂凸版,經歷了從橡皮版到感光樹脂版的發展過程。

感光樹脂柔性版由光敏樹脂構成,經紫外線直接曝光,使樹脂硬化,形成凸版形式。在現代柔性版印刷技術領域中,感光樹脂柔性版具有尺寸穩定、製版時間短、質量高、厚度均勻及耐磨性好等特點。

它與照相排版、計算機排版技術相結合,既提高了製版速度,又徹底地廢棄了鉛合金印版,使“冷排”更加完善,為凸版印刷開創了新途徑。

柔性版(感光性樹脂凸版),按照樹脂成型前的形態,分為液體固化型感光樹脂版和固體硬化型感光樹脂版兩大類,現在也可以採用計算機直接製版技術。
