印刷廠計算機直接制柔性版技術是指將計算上創建的數字圖像,直接轉送到光聚合物印版上製成供柔性版印刷的印版的工藝技術。

什麽是印刷廠的計算機直接製版

印刷廠計算機直接制柔性版技術是指將計算上創建的數字圖像,直接轉送到光聚合物印版上製成供柔性版印刷的印版的工藝技術。

計算機直接制柔性版的方法有兩種,

一種是激光成像制柔性版,

另一種是直接激光雕刻印版。

前者是使用計算機直接製版系統,用數字信號指揮YAG激光,產生紅外線,在塗有黑色和成膜的光聚版上,通過激光將黑膜進行燒蝕而成陰圖,然後進行與傳統製版方法相同的曝光、沖洗、乾燥、後曝光等加工步驟,製成柔性版;後者是以電子系統的圖像信號控制激光直接在單張或者套筒柔性版上進行雕刻,從而形成柔性印版。

計算機直接制柔性版對於減少網點擴大和改善整體圖像復制質量是非常重要的,不僅消除了常規曝光方法帶來的“光滲”現象,而且提高了圖像復制質量。
