①制掃描底片。​②安裝印版滾筒。​③測試。​④雕刻。

印刷廠電子雕刻凹版工藝流程

①制掃描底片。
大多使用分色加網的底片製版,20世紀80年代後,電子雕刻機加入電子轉換組件,可進行膠凹轉換,即用膠印用的加網底片,雕刻凹版。


②安裝印版滾筒。
用弔車將印版滾筒安裝在電子雕刻機上,雕刻前清除版面的油污、灰塵、氧化物。把掃描底片平服地粘貼在原稿滾筒上


③測試。
根據原稿(掃描片)的要求和油墨的色相,結合印刷產品制定試刻值。例如裝飾印刷的紙張比較粗糙,吸墨性強,雕刻深度須在45-50μm才能達印刷要求,必須調整雕刻放大器上的電流、電壓。


④雕刻。
掃描頭對軟片進行掃描時,與掃描同步的雕刻頭根據掃描信號進行雕刻,印版滾筒錶面被雕刻成深淺不同的網穴。在雕刻文字時,細微的筆畫不能丟失,必須選用細網線雕刻,用100線/釐米或者更高,文字的雕刻才可以達到理想的效果。
