絲網印刷機應用的孔版印刷原理起源於古代的模版印刷,需要印製的部分反映在印版的製作上,通常也按所用油墨色的不同來製版,印版上面的圖文部分有著極其細小的孔,沒有圖文部位用印刷材料保護不露細孔。

印刷設計需要瞭解什麽是孔版印刷

孔版印刷又稱絲網印刷。絲網印刷機屬於孔版印刷機中較有代表性的印刷設備,它是利用絹布、金屬及合成材料製成絲網、蠟紙等印版。

絲網印刷機應用的孔版印刷原理起源於古代的模版印刷,需要印製的部分反映在印版的製作上,通常也按所用油墨色的不同來製版,印版上面的圖文部分有著極其細小的孔,沒有圖文部位用印刷材料保護不露細孔。

印刷時在工作臺面上固定印版並緊貼承印物,用刮板或者墨輥使油墨通過印版上的細孔滲透到承印物上。

絲網印刷的手工操作就是這樣借助一個版架、一塊絲網版和一塊模版來共同完成印刷。到20世紀50年代,絲網印刷才實現機械化、自動化,網板也不再是單一的平板式,還出現了滾筒式等。

絲網印刷不僅可以印於平面承印物而且可印於弧面承印物,顏色鮮艷,經久不變還可以在各種紙張、玻璃、木板、金屬、陶瓷、塑料或布匹上印刷,可用多種油墨,包括可以導電的金屬性油墨。適用於標簽、提包、T恤衫、塑料製品、玻璃、金屬器皿等不規則物體的印刷。
