保護功能是包裝最基本的效能,所有的產品都離不開固態、液態、粉末膏狀等物理形態。從質地上講,有的堅硬,有的松軟;有的輕,有的重;有的結實,有的鬆脆。

包裝的功能之保護功能

包裝的功能就是指對於包裝物的作用和效應。大體可分為保護功能、便利功能、美化功能、促銷功能、衛生功能和綠色功能。


包裝的保護功能

保護功能是包裝最基本的效能,所有的產品都離不開固態、液態、粉末膏狀等物理形態。從質地上講,有的堅硬,有的松軟;有的輕,有的重;有的結實,有的鬆脆。

每一件商品,要經多次流通,才能走進商場或其他場所,最終到消費者手中,這期間,需要經過裝卸、運輸、庫存、陳列、銷售等環節在儲運過程中,很多外因,如撞擊、潮濕、光線、氣體、細菌等因素,都會威脅到商品的安全。

因此,作為一個設計師,在開始設計之前,首先要想到包裝的結構與材料,保證商品在流通過程中的安全。優秀的包裝要有好的造型、結構設計,要合理用料,便於運輸、保管、使用和攜帶,利於回收處理和環境保護。

因此,在進行包裝設計時要綜合考慮包裝的結構、材料等多方面的因素並把包裝的保護功能放在首位。


在考慮包裝的保護功能的時候,設計師要結合產品自身的特點綜合考慮材料和包裝方式,如使用海綿、發泡材料、紙屑等填充物來達到固定產品的作用。為了防潮、密封,也可以採用封蠟的方法。
