衛生安全功能主要是指包裝產品(如食品、化妝品等)應能保證商品完全安全衛生,即符合衛生法規。

包裝的功能就是指對於包裝物的作用和效應。大體可分為保護功能、便利功能、美化功能、促銷功能、衛生功能和綠色功能。


包裝的衛生功能

衛生安全功能主要是指包裝產品(如食品、化妝品等)應能保證商品完全安全衛生,即符合衛生法規。

它主要包括兩方面的內容:一是能有效隔絕各種不衛生因素的污染;二是本身不會帶來不衛生的有害物質,因此對包裝材料所含有害物質的含量有嚴格的限制。

另外,包裝容器在使用中應該是安全的,不應導致對人體的傷害。


做好商品包裝的衛生,

一是要對產品本身進行防腐、防變質處理;

二是包裝的科學化,採用新材料新技術改進落後包裝,最大限度地延長商品的儲存時間。

比如,中國的南北方氣候差異大,北方的氣候乾燥,南方則空氣潮濕。有些商品隨著濕度和溫度的變化而改變,尤其是在濕度變化較大的情況下,食品會發生腐爛變質。

這就要求生產廠家要對產品本身做好科學的防腐技術處理設計者也要在包裝材料的選擇及結構設計上做最優化。

在溫度突變的情況下商品包裝會產生熱脹冷縮導致商品和包裝容器的變形、開裂和破損等,所以在設計上要考慮材料的透氣性和保溫性等因素。
