綠色包裝實體系統。綠色包裝實體系統是由實現包裝功能的包裝物質實體組成。綠色包裝實體系統一般是由包裝容器輔助件(如緩沖包裝的泡沫襯墊)、被包裝物以及外界環境條件(力,溫度、濕度,蟲害等)等內外相關聯的因素組成,並以環境性能及包裝功能為目標的系統。

綠色包裝實體系統

由物質實體組成的系統稱為實體系統,實體系統以研究硬件為主,屬於硬科學。綠色包裝實體系統是由實現包裝功能的包裝物質實體組成。綠色包裝實體系統一般是由包裝容器輔助件(如緩沖包裝的泡沫襯墊)、被包裝物以及外界環境條件(力,溫度、濕度,蟲害等)等內外相關聯的因素組成,並以環境性能及包裝功能為目標的系統。

使用系統工程方法開發包裝實體系統,一般可採取以下5個步驟進行。


(1)確定系統目標。目標是系統工程中最重要的概念之一,正確地、全面地理解和掌握系統的目標和要求,才能為後面的分析奠定基礎。


(2)確定系統評審標準。評審標準包括費用和效果,是確定各可行方案優劣順序的基準,它應具有明確性、可計量性和敏感性。


(3)提出並比較可行方案。若乾個可行方案是系統分析優選的前提,為實現某一目標,可以採取的多種手段和措施即可稱為可行方案或替代方案。


(4)建立系統模型。模型是系統的抽象描述,是認識、評選一個好系統的基礎,是系統分析的核心部分。模型有結構模型、數學模型、力學模型或文字說明,如緩沖包裝系統就可簡化為單自由度、二自由度或多自由度模型。


(5)進行系統優化。採用最優化理論和方法(如極值法),選出最優方案。
