步殼印刷包裝廠的凹版印刷機，凹版印刷機按照紙張形式,分為單張紙凹印機和捲筒紙凹印機。

    凹版印刷機按照紙張形式,分為單張紙凹印機和捲筒紙凹印機。現在使用較多的是捲筒紙的凹版印刷機。凹版印刷機,根據印刷品的用途,常常配備一些輔助設備,提高印刷及印後加工的能力。例如,印刷書刊的凹印機,在收紙部分附設有折頁裝置;印刷紙容器的凹印機,附設有進模切壓痕等設備。無論哪一種凹版印刷機,都由輸紙部分、著墨部分、印刷部分、乾燥部分、收紙部分組成。

    步殼印刷包裝印刷廠單張紙凹版印刷機。單張紙凹版印刷機是指用單張紙進行凹版印刷的機器單張紙凹版印刷機典型機型的基本構成,主要由給紙裝置、印刷裝置輸墨裝置和收紙裝置等組成。印版滾筒(P)的直徑一般為壓印滾筒的1/2。壓印滾筒錶麵包以一定厚度的襯墊,印版滾筒直接浸入墨鬥內。印刷時用刮墨刀刮掉多餘的油墨,紙張從壓印滾筒與印版滾筒中間通過完成油墨轉移。印完後由收紙裝置輸出、收紙。

    ①給紙裝置。給紙裝置與其他類型的單張紙印刷機基本相同。紙張由自動給紙機輸入套準裝置進行定位、加速,然後由壓印滾筒叼紙牙叼住紙張進行印刷。

    ②滾筒部件。滾筒部件主要由印版滾筒和壓印滾筒組成。兩滾筒的排列形式有垂直排列、水平排列和傾斜排列3種,一般採用垂直排列或傾斜排列。
