靜電印刷技術最初應用於靜電復印,它基於卡爾森(Ca1m)和柯爾納( Kornei)在1938年的發明,由光導和靜電效應極好地結合而成。靜電成像是利用某些光導材料在黑暗中為絕緣體、在光照條件下電阻值下降(如硒半導體,阻值可相差1000倍以上)的特性來成像在靜電成像過程中,感光鼓起著關鍵的作用。

靜電印刷原理是什麽

靜電印刷技術最初應用於靜電復印,它基於卡爾森(Ca1m)和柯爾納( Kornei)在1938年的發明,由光導和靜電效應極好地結合而成。靜電成像是利用某些光導材料在黑暗中為絕緣體、在光照條件下電阻值下降(如硒半導體,阻值可相差1000倍以上)的特性來成像在靜電成像過程中,感光鼓起著關鍵的作用。

感光鼓是用鋁合金製成的一個圓筒,鼓面上塗有一層感光光導材料般為硒碲砷合金。

靜電印刷原理是什麽

首先在滾筒式感光鼓上均勻充電,然後利用由計算機控制的激光束對其錶面進行曝光,受光部分的電荷消失,未受光部分仍然攜帶電荷。這樣,就在感光鼓錶面上留下了與原圖像相同的帶電影像,即所謂“靜電潛影”。

將帶有靜電潛影的感光鼓接觸帶電的油墨或墨粉(帶電符號與靜電潛影正好相反),通過帶電色粉與靜電潛影之間的庫侖力作用實現潛影的可視化(顯影),即感光鼓上被曝光的部分吸附墨粉,形成圖像,再將色粉影像轉移到承印物上。

最後對轉移到承印物上的油墨或墨粉加熱、定影,使油墨或墨粉中的樹脂熔化,牢牢地黏結在紙面上,就可得到一張印有原圖像的印刷品,也就完成了靜電印刷過程。印刷完成後,感光鼓還需消電、清掃,為輸出下一頁做準備。
