標志有著廣泛的作用,有多種不可忽視的功能,主要表現在以下幾個方面

①識別商品來源的功能。也可以說商標是具有識別性的,這是標志的基本功能、首要功能。標志就是由於要識別商品的來源才得以產生,所以有此功能者方可成為標志。
