無需陷印的設計做陷印了無接觸無需陷印相同顏色圖元無需陷印。

    無需陷印的手提袋印刷

   面素單獨存在時無需陷印處理，顏色為純色也無需做陷印處理，因為這些頁面元素沒有相鄰的顏色，這樣即使套印不準也不出現間隙。

所以就不必採用一種無需陷印的設計做陷印了，手提袋印刷無接觸無需陷印相同顏色圖元無需陷印。

（2）小文字或細線設計成黑色，採用疊印方法。

（3）在相鄰的顏色共享足夠高百分比的共享色組分時，就不必做陷印處理，手提袋印刷這種現象稱為原色過渡，這里的原色指CMYK四色。

只要相疊印的兩個色塊中都有四種印刷油墨中的某一色，且有足夠高百分比，就可不必為它們設置陷印。

例如，相疊印的兩個色塊都至少包含有30%的品紅時，紙張滑動引起套印不準時手提袋印刷，品紅色油墨將填充間隙處，就不會看到露出的白紙顏色，控制原色過渡。

在陷印軟件的參數中是使用“共同密度”來表示和設置的。系統將各分色版的共有量計算出來後，並換算成共同中性密度。

然後，將所有分色成分上的這個共同密度進行求和，手提袋印刷再將這個密度作為是否在這個邊界上進行陷印處理的判斷數據。

（4）在設計帶背景的小字或細線條成分時原色過渡無需陷印。
