印刷工業的廢棄物主要有:廢紙、廢墨、廢油墨罐、廢抹布廢版、廢氣、廢化學液等


以上這些廢棄物,應積極研究處理回收方法。根據印刷工業廢棄物特點,大概可分以下幾個方面分門別類回收處理這些廢棄物:


①油墨處理,專門處理廢油墨和油墨罐的回收、處置;


②廢水處理,專門處理廢顯影液和廢水的排放及回收處理問題;


③溶劑回收,專門處理溶劑的回收與處置;


④機器擦拭抹布及油墨廢抹布處理,專門處理抹布的清理與銷毀;


⑤廢紙處理,專門處理廢紙的回收與處置。

印刷工業的廢棄物

在建立印刷廢棄物聯合處理體系項目的同時,還應在以下兩個方面重點進行技術研發


①印刷環保新材料的開發與使用。大力提倡印刷企業使用無污染或低污染的工業生產技術,改變原材料及印刷品結構,以避免廢棄物產生。印刷企業生產印刷品時,應改進印刷方法、工藝流程,最終減少污染


②印刷廢棄物的回收再利用。在印刷廢棄物中,積極尋找能夠回收的目標,包括在廠內直接回收,再使用於生產線,或者提供給其他廠做原料。例如:再生紙、再生版材等。
