印刷拼版時要註意哪些問題

所謂拼版一般是指,在曬制PS版之前,將所出的膠片,拼成適合於上機印刷要求的尺寸,如將八開、四開膠片拼為對開、全張版等。同時還有將各個色膠片拼為可準確印刷彩色圖文的彩四色膠片,以便曬版印刷。

印刷拼版時要註意哪些問題

所謂拼版一般是指,在曬制PS版之前,將所出的膠片,拼成適合於上機印刷要求的尺寸,如將八開、四開膠片拼為對開、全張版等。同時還有將各個色膠片拼為可準確印刷彩色圖文的彩四色膠片,以便曬版印刷。



拼版時,首先要根據印刷品的要求確定版心尺寸,然後確定天頭、地腳、折口、切口的尺寸,可以根據這些尺寸來畫一張台板紙,在這張台紙(也稱“台板”)上面來進行拼版工作。其次,拼版時要註意對正規線、十字線等規矩,特別是在拼版色版時,更需要細心,一定要十分精確,不但要對正規線、十字線等規矩,而且最好還應當用放大鏡進行檢查,看圖片的網點是否也拼正了。

此外,在拼版色版時,必須要“掛釘”,這樣才能保證其精度。拼版時要註意不能搭疊,否則曬版時容易引起吸氣不實,導致圖片發虛。現在已可以使用方正文合等軟件在計算機內拼版,然後發排出對開膠片或CTP印版。
