印刷曬版的原理是什麽

用接觸曝光的方法把陰圖或陽圖底片的信息,轉移到印版或其他感光材料上的過程叫曬版。



曬版是平版製版的一道重要工序,它是將經過照相或電子分色、修版、拼版等加工後的原版(軟片)的全部層次完整地復制到印版上,或是將經過照相排字的文字原版(或圖文拼合原版),完整地復制到印版上,再通過打樣、印刷,還原在紙上。因此,曬版質量的好壞,直接影響到印刷產品的質量。

曬版的原理是,當原版(透光軟片)與塗有感光膠的印版錶面緊密接觸(貼合),曬版光源通過原版射到印版感光膠錶面,經過光化學作用,使感光膠發生光化學變化,經沖洗顯影後,使圖文部分親油墨,非圖文部分親水,從而得到滿足平版印刷質量要求的印版。
