把曬制的印版和底版(乾片或玻璃板)壓緊壓實(即底版和印版緊密地貼在一起),一般曬版機多採用真空壓緊方法膠片的密度不一樣,曬版時曝光時間也要有所不同,膠片密度大,曬版時間要長一些,膠片密度小,曬版時間相應就要短一些,原則上要求文字清晰,不缺筆斷畫,筆鋒飽滿;現在廣告客戶可以拷貝軟件,或用因特網傳遞下載,通過文合軟件在計算機內完成拼版、發片或用網點拷貝機將廣告膠片拷入後拼版發片,質量控制採用布魯納爾曬版控制條來控制曬版,即用0.5%6~5%的細網點區域和微米級線紋進行控制。

一般把絕網控制在6~8m,這時3%~5%的網點都有,97%~98%網點不糊死。
