潤濕性能提高,可以在水膜厚度較小的情況下,讓潤濕液充分地鋪展到版面非圖文部分的各個部位,減少潤濕液的用量,從而減少因潤濕液的存在,給膠印帶來的種種不利影響。那麽,如何提高印版對潤濕液的潤濕性能。

印刷版對潤濕液的潤濕性能

潤濕性能提高,可以在水膜厚度較小的情況下,讓潤濕液充分地鋪展到版面非圖文部分的各個部位,減少潤濕液的用量,從而減少因潤濕液的存在,給膠印帶來的種種不利影響。那麽,如何提高印版對潤濕液的潤濕性能。



首先,增加印版的粗糙度,可以減小接觸角,提高對潤濕液潤濕性能。故印版的錶面都是經過粗化處理的。



其次,降低潤濕液的錶面張力,也可以減小接觸角,提高潤濕性能。

所以在膠印潤濕液中,往往要添加錶面活性物質,以降低表面張力。但潤濕液錶面張力的降低,同時也會帶來潤濕液和油墨之間界面張力的降低,會促進油墨的乳化,不利於印刷,所以降低表面張力只能適可而止。
