陽圖PS版是用未見光的感光層作為圖文基礎著墨的,這感光層仍具有光敏性,見光後對鹼的抵抗力差,經過烘烤處後,可使感光層的分子結構由線型變為網狀,失去光敏性,從增強圖文部分的穩定性、耐蝕性和機械強度,大大提高印版的而印率。

什麽叫烤版

陽圖PS版是用未見光的感光層作為圖文基礎著墨的,這感光層仍具有光敏性,見光後對鹼的抵抗力差,經過烘烤處後,可使感光層的分子結構由線型變為網狀,失去光敏性,從增強圖文部分的穩定性、耐蝕性和機械強度,大大提高印版的而印率。



是否需要烤版取決於印數的多少。一般來說,印數小於5萬的印件,用普通方法曬制的PS版已可滿足印刷需要,沒有必要增加烤版工序。因為烘烤後,臟點部位的感光層會交聯固化,不能再溶於除臟劑,無法再進行修版。

因此,烘烤必須在徹底除臟以後再進行。
