防偽纖維紙在印刷防偽中的應用

在普通紙或證券紙的生產過程中,當配漿或抄造時,將防偽纖維加入其中,可製成防偽纖維紙。若在配漿時加入防偽纖維,由於防偽纖維與紙漿等混合在一起,抄造完成後可獲得滿版分佈的防偽纖維紙。若在抄造過程中採用定位施放防偽纖維的方式,抄造完成後可在固定位置獲得含有防偽纖維的紙張。

防偽纖維紙在印刷防偽中的應用

在普通紙或證券紙的生產過程中,當配漿或抄造時,將防偽纖維加入其中,可製成防偽纖維紙。若在配漿時加入防偽纖維,由於防偽纖維與紙漿等混合在一起,抄造完成後可獲得滿版分佈的防偽纖維紙。若在抄造過程中採用定位施放防偽纖維的方式,抄造完成後可在固定位置獲得含有防偽纖維的紙張。


防偽纖維一般長為1~8mm,直徑為20~200m,通過顏色及組合方式變化、變色條件外形等特徵獲得防偽效果,其特徵具體如下

顏色變化方式:普通彩色(自然光下可見),無色變有色,有色變無色,有色變同色系色有色變其他色

顏色組合方式:單根單色、單根雙色、單根多色、隨機色譜、前後異色、正反異色等。


變色條件:日光、長波紫外光、短波紫外光、溫度、角度等


外形:圓、扁、直、彎曲、弧形、波浪等


通過在一根纖維上組合以上特徵,如單根雙熒光色圓彎曲防偽短纖維、正反異熒光色扁狀波浪防偽短纖維、有色變無色溫變熒光直扁防偽短纖維等,可設定較高的復制難度,達到良好的防偽效果。
