所謂側規矩,就是對紙張的左右方向進行定位的規矩,通側規。

所謂側規矩,就是對紙張的左右方向進行定位的規矩,通側規。



側規的主要作用是把在前規處定位的紙張,從側面拉過來或推過去,使紙張的側邊緣平齊。即完成紙張在沒有被遞紙牙拉走之前的最後一道定位工序。



側規的種類很多,常見的主要有,滾輪連續轉動式、扇形板間歇擺動式、拉板移動式和氣動式側拉規。被國產膠印機所採用者主要有以下四種。


①拉板移動式側規海德堡102VP型膠印機上使用此側規在國產J2109型等膠印機上的側規也採用了此側規


②滾輪連續轉動式側規(也稱滾輪式側規)在國產J2106型、J2108型等膠印機上採用。這種形式的側規在國產機型中雖有使用,但不廣泛。


③扇形板間歇擺動式側規(也稱扇形板式側規)在國產J2201型、J2203型以及其他國產膠印機上,被廣泛採用。


④氣動式側拉規由德國羅蘭公司首先發明並使用,目前許多印刷機都採用了氣動式側拉規。
