所謂理想的壓印力,就是指被絕大多數人所公認,為絕大多數人所滿意的那種墨量,被合理轉移的印刷壓力

什麽叫理想壓印力

所謂理想的壓印力,就是指被絕大多數人所公認,為絕大多數人所滿意的那種墨量,被合理轉移的印刷壓力


理想壓力應當是:在一定的印刷面變形的條件下,在印跡足夠結實的基礎上,均勻地使用最小的壓力。絕對的理想壓力是從來沒有的。這是因為它因技術、經驗、機型以及其他種種條件不同而不同。盡管如此,印品的質量卻始終是所有理想壓力的惟一標準和見證。獲得理想壓力的必要條件應當是:


①準確地測量和調節兩滾筒之間的中心距;


②精確地計算和測量包襯的厚度;


③正確地檢測印版與橡皮布之間的不平度,以使兩者的接觸要均勻扎實;


④增加最少量的襯墊厚度,有效地填補不平度,使滾筒接觸情況達到理想境界

什麽叫理想壓印力

影響理想壓力的主要因素有

①兩滾筒的中心距調節得不合適;

②印版的厚度不均勻;

③橡皮布錶面不平整;

④著墨輥與印版錶面接觸不良;

⑤肩鐵上面有臟物;

⑥橡皮布錶面有臟物

⑦橡皮布的含油量被揮發乾凈後,體積逐漸地減小
