通過改變兩滾筒的中心距來達到增大或減小印刷壓力的方式被稱為壓力調節。

什麽叫壓力調節

通過改變兩滾筒的中心距來達到增大或減小印刷壓力的方式被稱為壓力調節。其實,真正能夠充分表達印刷壓力的理想依據還是橡皮滾筒包襯的壓縮變形量的大小,即橡皮滾筒包襯的壓縮變形量與其所受壓力成正比


那麽,橡皮滾筒包襯的壓縮變形量h應怎樣來計算呢?一般來說應當通過已知的下列條件來求得:


①印版滾筒體和橡皮滾筒體直徑;


②印版和橡皮滾筒包襯(綳緊狀態下)的厚度;


③印版和橡皮滾筒肩鐵的直徑;


④合壓後印版與橡皮滾筒肩鐵的間隙量其計算公式是h=加包襯後的印版與橡皮滾筒的半徑之和一。
