由於墨輥的作用在於傳送和打勻油墨,所以,為了保證輸墨的均勻與通暢,墨輥的錶面必須採用親油性能良好的材料,如銅、橡膠、尼龍1010、塑料以及在鋼的錶面鍍鉻等,否則將會產生脫墨現象。墨輥材料的選擇要視其用途而定。

膠印印刷機上所用的墨輥是什麽材料做的

由於墨輥的作用在於傳送和打勻油墨,所以,為了保證輸墨的均勻與通暢,墨輥的錶面必須採用親油性能良好的材料,如銅、橡膠、尼龍1010、塑料以及在鋼的錶面鍍鉻等,否則將會產生脫墨現象。墨輥材料的選擇要視其用途而定。



(1)軟質墨輥如傳墨輥、勻墨輥和著墨輥,其錶面多用耐油橡膠所制



(2)硬質墨輥如串墨輥和重輥,其錶面又多用尼龍1010或塑料噴塗,甚至用成形的塑料套管套制而成。在舊式膠印機上卻多用金屬件,如鋼或銅等。但因鋼輥易於脫墨,銅質又很昂貴,所以目前已很少採用。



(3)墨鬥輥因墨鬥輥經常與墨鬥刀片相摩擦,所以在目前仍然採用比較耐磨的鋼質輥。為了親墨,錶面往往需要進行鍍鉻處理。



墨輥材料的選擇並不是固定的,它也和其他部件的選材一樣,具有靈活多樣,以效果優良為佳。



以硬質墨輥為例,以往總是脫不開鋼和銅。如今不僅用了尼龍或塑料,而且也有選用塑料套管的。這些情況表明,我們應當科學地、有創造性地來選擇各種材料。
