折光印刷圖像如何製作

1)圖稿分析

根據圖稿,首先確定整體格調,再確定圖中亮點(面)、暗面及啞面各在什麽位置

2)劃分小區

將畫面各個組成部分用線條勾成各個小區,然後在每個小區內根據光線反射方向、反射形式再劃成小小區



3)線條確定

折光圖像全部由線條組成,線條分直線與曲線兩種。直線就是間隔距離相等的平行線線就是間隔距離相等的同心圓。每一毫米均分4條陰陽線,就會產生折光效果。通常是每毫米6~7條陰陽線,也有的是每毫米8~10條陰陽線,10條以上很少用。由於視線角度變化,曲線產生漸變,直線產生突變。啞面由不規則雲形線或細點組成,暗面不放線或是斷續的稀線。根據每個小小區的視覺要求,選擇不同線條及不同角度



4)製作小圖

在顯示屏另一端製作同心圓、直線圖及雲形線各一小塊,再將各種小圖復製成能滿足最大小小區需要的圖塊備用;將小圖按所需方向置入小小區,去掉多餘部分



5)製作檢查

各個小小區均置入小圖後,整圖顯示檢查,漏置的補上,方向不對的改正,然後就可以定稿發排出軟片
