折光印刷製作方法一：蝕刻法 ​

在銅版與不銹鋼版上製作。先將銅版或不銹鋼版拋光、除油、乾燥後,用網印法將感光成像抗蝕油墨印上,烘乾(100℃,40min),然後用折光圖像軟片進行曝光,顯影成像;再用蝕刻方法將圖像的露銅(鐵)面蝕刻下去,待達到要求的深度時,取出水洗,去掉感光膠。

折光印刷製作方法一：蝕刻法

在銅版與不銹鋼版上製作。先將銅版或不銹鋼版拋光、除油、乾燥後,用網印法將感光成像抗蝕油墨印上,烘乾(100℃,40min),然後用折光圖像軟片進行曝光,顯影成像;再用蝕刻方法將圖像的露銅(鐵)面蝕刻下去,待達到要求的深度時,取出水洗,去掉感光膠。


銅版需要通過鍍鎳、鍍金、鍍銀,來增加亮度,不銹鋼版則不需要。一般標牌類均採用此法
