當印刷新版洗凈後,在版面濕潤的前提下,將著墨輥落下,這時以慢車開動機器,使印版錶面圖文部分逐步受墨的過程,就稱為版面上墨。

什麽叫版面上墨

當印刷新版洗凈後,在版面濕潤的前提下,將著墨輥落下,這時以慢車開動機器,使印版錶面圖文部分逐步受墨的過程,就稱為版面上墨。


在整個印刷上墨過程中,應當註意下述問題:

①印版錶面的濕潤程度要適中,而且要均勻,不應當有遺漏部位;


②著墨輥要在印版滾筒空當部位,或在印版的後拖梢部分落下


③機器在慢速運轉時,切不可使它時轉、時停;


④緩慢轉動中如發現版面掛臟,可立即落下著水輥並開快車如臟物仍未消失,應停機揩擦;


⑤嚴禁在機器運轉時,用水擦布揩擦印版,以免引起事故
