正確地掌握與調節好輸水裝置,是提高印品質量必不可少的有效手段,特別是隨著印刷機印刷速度的不斷提高,這一項工作就顯得更為重要。要掌握與調節好輸水裝置,應註意以下幾點。


(1)在工作(開機)前

①把配製好的水鬥溶液裝入水箱,並對自動上水系統進行認真檢查

②檢查並調節好各水輥軸線的相互平行度,並使所有水輥軸線與印版軸線相平行

③將著水輥與串水輥,著水輥與印版之間的壓力調節好。



(2)在工作中

①著水輥先與印版接觸,墨輥後接觸。


②通過對出水和傳水機構的調節,使版面獲得適中的水分。周節的原則應當是,在不影響印刷質量的前提下,水分越少越好。


③抽査印張,確保水墨平衡,使印張的墨色既鮮艷又有光澤。


④如要停止印刷,應當是先離墨而後離水。



(3)在停機後

①關閉自動上水器的旋塞。

②檢查著水輥是否抬起,並檢查傳水輥是否與相鄰兩輥脫開。
