正確地選擇部件用料,對延長部件壽命和提高輸水質量具有特殊的意義。

水鬥和水鬥輥用什麽材料製作為最好呢?

(1)水鬥一般使用銅合金材料。
國產膠印機水鬥多用H62或H68冷軋黃銅板製成。這種材料具有較強的抗腐蝕性,不為潤濕液所腐蝕。為了增強水鬥的防腐能力,一些膠印機操作者還在水鬥錶面塗敷防腐層——耐酸漆、瀝青等。


(2)水鬥輥常用的材料有銅合金或者是鉻鎳合金等,也有用碳鋼製作後,在其錶面鍍鉻的。

水鬥和水鬥輥使用時應註意些什麽


錶面鍍鉻的水鬥輥,不僅具有較強的防腐蝕性,而且其親水性能良好,能有效地防止水輥上墨現象在使用時應當註意如下問題。


(1)裝好雙面絨袋在裝新絨袋時,為了有效地節省工時,根據操作者的習慣,可以在輥面上抹桃膠,也可以在輥面上加些肥皂粉溶液


(2)使藥液水位始終保持一定的高度,不僅使其具有適中的pH值,而且還要定期地加入少量的阿拉伯樹膠溶液。


(3)一旦發現水輥有上墨現象,應立即對下述部分進行調節:

①減小著水輥與印版之間的壓力;

②調整水墨比例,確保水墨平衡。
