氣泵是產生真空(即負壓或吸氣)或吹送壓縮空氣(即正壓或吹風)的機電裝置。氣泵產生的吸氣或吹風,在單張紙膠印機中主要用於分離紙張或輸送紙張。

氣泵是產生真空(即負壓或吸氣)或吹送壓縮空氣(即正壓或吹風)的機電裝置。氣泵產生的吸氣或吹風,在單張紙膠印機中主要用於分離紙張或輸送紙張。


氣泵產生的吸氣與吹風,在單張紙膠印機的不同部位起著不同的作用,如在輸紙中,吹風用於吹松紙張,把紙張與紙張之間的滑動摩擦,變成紙張與空氣的流體摩擦。這樣,既減少了紙張的運動阻力,又降低了紙張之間摩擦產生的靜電,便於紙張的輸送,減少雙張、歪斜等輸紙故障。在輸紙機中,吸氣是通過曲柄連桿機構控制的吸紙嘴,把紙吸起來遞給送紙輥,正常的吸氣將減少空張、歪斜或雙張等輸紙故障。


面在印刷部分,吹風通過特殊裝置,在傳紙滾筒錶面形成氣墊,起到防止蹭臟與風乾印刷墨跡的作用。


在收紙部分
,利用吸氣既可用於紙張整平,又能通過吸紙制動
,減緩高速運動的紙張速度,使收紙平穩,提高收紙質量。
