什麽是印刷機的自動接紙系統

在現代高速捲筒紙印刷機上,一紙捲用完後更換紙捲是一項必須完成的工作。而為了更換紙捲,被迫停機,必將影響印刷生產率。為了減少停機時間,控制紙帶的消耗,人們希望捲筒紙印刷機在印刷進行過程中完成更換紙捲,即進行自動接紙。


現代的捲筒紙印刷機都設置有自動接紙系統。自動接紙主要有兩種基本形式,即零速接紙和高速接紙。

它們都是在滾筒印刷速度不變的工作狀態下,完成紙捲的自動更換工作


零速自動接紙系統是指紙捲在接紙的瞬間,紙帶的速度為零即在接紙的時刻,用於接紙的紙帶和被接紙的紙帶速度均為零,印刷部分可以不降低速度,而繼續印刷。


高速接紙系統是指,新舊紙捲在接紙時紙帶不停,在高速運轉中完成自動接紙。這種接紙系統大多用於新聞紙印刷,或要求不高的書刊捲筒紙印刷機上。
