在近代高速膠印機上,對一些部件的更換,往往要以所印紙張的薄厚程度來決定。如橡皮吸嘴的大小、薄厚,以及側拉規壓力彈簧的粗細等,均與印張厚度有關。為了正確區分薄紙和厚紙,這里提出定量概念。定量又稱克重就是紙張每平方米的重量,標準規定用克來表示,通常寫為克/平方米

什麽叫薄紙、什麽叫厚紙

在近代高速膠印機上,對一些部件的更換,往往要以所印紙張的薄厚程度來決定。如橡皮吸嘴的大小、薄厚,以及側拉規壓力彈簧的粗細等,均與印張厚度有關。為了正確區分薄紙和厚紙,這里提出定量概念。定量又稱克重就是紙張每平方米的重量,標準規定用克來表示,通常寫為克/平方米



定量是表示紙張薄厚的標志。定量愈小,紙張愈薄;定量愈大,紙張愈厚。常用的紙張定量有35g/m2、40g/m2、50g/m2、60g/m2、70g/m2、80g/m2、100g/m2和120g/m2等多種。


一般來說,定量在65g/m2以下者為薄紙,定量在65~250gm2者為厚紙。定量在250g/m2以下者,均稱為紙,而定量超過250g/m2者,則稱為紙板。

以定量來衡量紙張的厚薄,只是敘述紙厚的一種主要形式,但不是絕對的形式。
