瓦楞輥是瓦楞紙板生產線的重要部件,瓦楞紙板的楞高、楞數、波形等直接影響瓦楞紙板的強度,而瓦楞輥是決定這些參數的關鍵。通過提高瓦楞輥的耐磨強度以及優化其楞型,可以降低瓦楞紙箱企業的用紙量和用紙損耗。

瓦楞輥楞齒磨損後,其楞齒頂部面積會變大,從而大大降低單面紙板的抗壓強度,既影響瓦楞紙板的質量,又在一定程度上增加原紙的用量。而採用耐磨的碳化鎢瓦楞輥,可有效延長瓦楞輥的使用壽命,並減少楞齒頂和楞齒側面的磨損變形。目前,常州海力制輥、上海大松制輥等企業正在自製碳化鎢瓦楞輥,並改造瓦楞輥楞齒,力圖提高瓦楞紙板質量,減少原紙用量。生產實踐證明,在增加瓦楞輥單位長度內的瓦楞輥楞齒數,並降低瓦楞輥楞齒高度後,在生產工藝、環境、原紙質量都相同的情況下,使用同樣長度的原紙可生產出更多的瓦楞紙板,增產3%~5%,而生產出來的瓦楞紙板強度更高,達到了高強度、減量化的要求。
