壓凸印刷與鋼印印刷類似,有一定的立體感。使用這一印刷技術的目的:一是將信息通過壓卡機壓印在能復寫的簽購單上;二是這一技術一般人不易掌握,有利於防止偽造

壓凸印刷的防偽應用

壓凸壓凹印刷與鋼印印刷類似,有一定的立體感。使用這一印刷技術的目的:一是將信息通過壓卡機壓印在能復寫的簽購單上;二是這一技術一般人不易掌握,有利於防止偽造


壓凸印刷

製作時,將只印有發卡機構標識、名稱、主景、背景、“銀聯”標識等內容的銀行卡放入模具內,將模具適當加熱,然後施以一定的壓力,就可將要壓制的內容印刷在銀行卡上,這種印刷不需要油墨,類似於鋼印印刷。目前,採用此印刷方法的案例主要有以下幾種


(1)中國銀行長城電子借記卡的卡號為連續的19位阿拉伯數字。發卡機構所在地漢語拼音縮寫,如BJ(北京)(銀色、壓凸);英文性別縮寫,先生用MR,女士用MS;大寫的漢語拼音姓名,以上內容都是採用銀色壓凸方法製成的

(2)交通銀行太平洋卡的卡號為17位阿拉伯數字(6位+4位+7位)。發卡機構代號為5位阿拉伯數字;發卡日期為年/月(××××/x×)英文性別採用縮寫,先生用MR,女土用Ms;大寫的漢語拼音姓名,以上內容都是採用銀色壓凸印刷方法製成的。
