無水膠印印版是平凹版結構，印版的空白部分凸起是不吸附油墨的硅橡膠(低能錶面),而圖文部分則能很好地吸附油墨。這是因為無水膠印印刷油墨的錶面張力高於印版的空白部分,低於印版圖文部分的緣故。

什麽是無水膠印

無水膠印印版是平凹版結構，印版的空白部分凸起是不吸附油墨的硅橡膠(低能錶面),而圖文部分則能很好地吸附油墨。這是因為無水膠印印刷油墨的錶面張力高於印版的空白部分,低於印版圖文部分的緣故。


與有水膠印相比,無水膠印具有以下主要優點


1.產品質量高。由於網點擴大率低、層次復制效果好,特別是在暗調部分尤為明顯。另外,由於沒有水的參與,墨層密度相當穩定沒有乾燥後密度降低的問題,保證了色彩的一致性。同時,套印精度高,無水條痕等。

2.提高了生產效率。由於沒有潤濕裝置,減少了套準及色彩調整時間,減少了紙張浪費,提高了生產效率。

3.有利於環境保護。因為無須使用酒精等化學藥品,所以能改善工作環境。


無水膠印的主要缺點:一是印版成本過高,二是適用於低速小幅面印刷,三是耐印力低。正因為如此,目前印刷企業採用的主要為有水膠印。
