在印刷廠什麽是闖紙操作

若大張的半成品闖紙不夠整齊,勢必將產生分切偏差。所以整紙的操作技術把關十分重要。

也就是說,闖紙操作時,當叼口紙邊與側規邊都基本闖齊的情況下,最後應把紙疊提起再往叼口紙邊闖齊一下,以免因側規紙邊存有偏斜狀時,把其兩邊角闖齊後叼口紙邊便會出現偏斜情況,使有偏斜紙邊的印張版面相應產生偏差,這樣裁切後的成品也將產生偏差情況。

基於這一情況,若裁切第一刀時,是側規紙邊與切紙機的推紙器相平行對齊的話,要求叼口紙邊應向牆板靠後,方可裁切。這樣分切第一刀比較準,以後各刀相應也較準。單版半成品分切得準,成品模切精度才有可靠的保證。
