薄紙進入柵欄時,由於挺度不夠,經常會發生歪斜;由於摩擦阻力的影響,進入柵欄的紙張很多時候還未到達頂端的擋規處,就已在折頁輥間發生彎曲,易造成折頁精度誤差折頁輥間的壓力一方面使書帖折縫變得平服,另一方面壓力也使得紙張變形,有時會出現褶皺。

影響折頁印刷質量的因素2.紙張方面

薄紙進入柵欄時,由於挺度不夠,經常會發生歪斜;由於摩擦阻力的影響,進入柵欄的紙張很多時候還未到達頂端的擋規處,就已在折頁輥間發生彎曲,易造成折頁精度誤差折頁輥間的壓力一方面使書帖折縫變得平服,另一方面壓力也使得紙張變形,有時會出現褶皺。在排除使用質量較差的紙張或折頁前紙張已受潮變形的情況下,沿著折縫打花輪刀,是消除褶皺常用和有效的方法。採用刀式折頁機,也可避免薄紙折頁較易產生幫皺的現象。
