折頁印刷的質量要求

標準CY/T28-1999適用於鎖線訂、膠粘裝訂、鐵絲平訂、縫紉訂的平裝產品;標準CY/T29-199適用於騎馬訂產品;標準CY/T27-199適用於精裝產品。對於書頁與書帖,折頁的質量應達到如下要求:

折頁印刷的質量要求

標準CY/T28-1999適用於鎖線訂、膠粘裝訂、鐵絲平訂、縫紉訂的平裝產品;標準CY/T29-199適用於騎馬訂產品;標準CY/T27-199適用於精裝產品。對於書頁與書帖,折頁的質量應達到如下要求:


(1)三折及三折以上書帖,應劃口排除空氣。


(2)59g/m2以下紙張最多折四折;60~80g/m2紙張最多折三折;81g/m2以上紙張最多折二折


(3)書帖平服整齊,無明顯八字皺折、死折、折角、殘頁、套帖和勝跡


(4)書帖頁碼和版面順序正確,以頁碼中心點為準,相連兩頁之間頁碼位置允許誤差4.0mm,全書頁碼位置允許誤差≤7.0mm;畫面接版允許誤差≤1.5mm


(5)膠粘裝訂書帖的劃口排列正確,劃透,均在折縫線上。
