①瓦楞紙箱滾筒模切經常遇到的故障。

滾筒型模切加工方式具有批量大、速度高的生產特性,但在滾筒模切紙箱生產中,經常遇到的問題有:模切不徹底、紙箱尺寸變化較大、清廢不徹底、刀模壽命短等,這些都需註意避免。


②瓦楞紙箱滾筒模切首尾尺寸差。

在理想情況下,刀模的表面速度、底滾筒的錶面速度及瓦楞紙板的運行速度應當一致。但在傳統的滾筒情況下,這種情況只存在很短的時間,即膠墊完全未受磨損時,上下滾筒理論上以1:1的相同速率運轉,但隨著底膠墊發生磨損,底滾筒的直徑逐漸減小,改變了底滾筒的錶面速度,最終導致紙箱長度縮短。這種現象在一張瓦楞紙板上裁切兩個或多個紙箱時尤為明顯,最後一個紙箱會切得比第一個短。在實際操作中,有些制模者把第二版做長些,以補償這種首尾尺寸差。
