合成紙是採用以合成樹脂為基本成分的高分子有機化合物如聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯、聚乙烯等塑料纖維)、人造短合成纖維和木漿等原料,經壓延或擠壓而成的平面材料。

印刷紙張什麽是合成紙?合成紙的用途有哪些?

合成紙是採用以合成樹脂為基本成分的高分子有機化合物如聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯、聚乙烯等塑料纖維)、人造短合成纖維和木漿等原料,經壓延或擠壓而成的平面材料。

合成紙在成型加工過程中,為了使其具有良好的白度、不透明度、印刷性和書寫性,根據所採用的原料不同,需要加入各種無機填充劑(如黏土、滑石粉、碳酸鈣、二氧化鈦、硫酸鋇等)、增黏劑、穩定劑和防老化劑等。紙張成型後,還要經過水、無機酸溶液、磷酸鹽溶液、硫酸鋁、硝石灰溶液處理,再經氧化劑(過氧化氫、氧化鈉臭氧、空氣等)氧化處理方能使用。

合成紙既保留了天然纖維紙的外觀、白度、挺度、不透明度、印刷性和書寫性,又具有聚烯烴塑料薄膜的輕盈、防潮、抗氧、耐酸、耐鹼、防污染等優良特性,所以合成紙成為當今國際市場上流行的高檔材料。
