過去常用的手提袋一般是用銅版紙印刷後與塑料薄膜復合成袋,但銅版紙與塑料復合後很難回收,在我國目前都作為垃圾處理。而合成紙經過印刷後即可制袋,既防水又美觀,強度大,可回收利用,價格比銅版紙覆膜便宜20%左右。

用合成紙制手提袋的優點

過去常用的手提袋一般是用銅版紙印刷後與塑料薄膜復合成袋,但銅版紙與塑料復合後很難回收,在我國目前都作為垃圾處理。而合成紙經過印刷後即可制袋,既防水又美觀,強度大,可回收利用,價格比銅版紙覆膜便宜20%左右。


因為合成紙不同於傳統紙張,所以對其印刷及印後加工有特殊的要求。

大批量手提袋的印刷應採用表印耐刮型PP專用油墨進行凹印;小批量手提袋印刷應採用合成紙專用油墨進行平版印刷,並將藍色油墨放在第一色印刷。由於合成紙的材質是PP,目前牛皮紙制袋時使用的澱粉、PVA系膠黏劑均不適用,建議使用低溫型熱熔膠。若以手工制袋,建議使用黏度較高的雙面膠進行作業。燙印加工時,應使用低溫燙印膜(加工溫度約80~95℃)可獲得平整、光亮的燙印品質。
