變色油墨防偽技術及應用所謂反應變色油墨，是指在油墨中加入各種化學物質，在一定條件下（如光、熱。濕度、壓力等）能發生各種化學反應，從而使油墨改變顏色，達到防偽目的，這類油墨主要有熱敏變色油墨、光敏變色油墨（如“熒光油墨”）、濕鍛變色油墨、壓敏變色油墨等濕敏變色油墨，在外界深度變化的條件下，顏色發生改變的油墨稱為濕敏變色油墨濕敏變色油墨是在顏料中加入隨濕度變化而變化顏色的物質而製成的。

其特點是滑度變化，顏色隨之改變。該油墨一般有可逆、不可逆兩種，有藍、綠、，黑、紅四種顏色壓敏變色油墨。

在壓力、摩擦作用下，能出現顏色變化的油墨稱為壓敏變色油墨。壓敏變色油墨是在油墨中加入特殊化學試劑或含變色物質的微膠囊製成。這種油墨印刷的有色或隱形圖文，當用硬質的物件或工具摩擦、按壓時，即發生化學色變或微膠囊破裂染料顯露而出現顏色（紅、藍、黑、綠、紫、黃等），可根據用戶的要求選擇顯示的顏色並設計暗記。

熱敏變色油墨的印刷性能及感溫變色效果都是比較理想，在防偽印刷和防偽包裝的應用中最為廣泛。
