印刷廠使用調頻網點的缺點

(1)網點丟失嚴重。由於網點小,幾乎達到了曬版和印刷的極限所以在曬版和印刷過程中很容易丟失網點,造成圖像層次的大量損失。


(2)對印刷條件要求苛刻。由於網點小,對印刷機的精度要求高水墨平衡的控制不易掌握,也會造成圖像質量變差(調頻加網很適合無水膠印)


(3)質量控制難度加大。由於調頻加網是一種新型的加網方法,傳統的觀察網點和判斷顏色的方法都不再適用,網點擴大的規律不相同所以對現在的操作人員來說,控制印刷質量有一定的難度。


(4)加網計算量大,輸出速度慢。


調頻加網是一種新型的工藝,既可印刷精細產品,也可以用於低精度的報業印刷,因此受到印刷界普遍關註。
