如何做好印刷質量1.承印物

承印物是印刷品顏色鮮艷與否的基礎,根據印刷品呈色原理,除了各色網點通過加色法的空間混合形成人們視覺上的色彩外,沒有印上網點的承印物錶面的色澤實際上也參與了這種空間混合。因此,如果承印物的白度、光澤度高,就能提高顏色的明度。反之,灰色的承印物就好像在各色油墨中加入了少量的黑色,從而顯示了暗濁的顏色。此外,承印物吸收性的大小會影響顏色的飽和度。吸收性大的承印物,印跡不能在其錶面形成足夠豐滿的墨層,連結料過量滲入承印物內使印跡乾癟毛細孔大的紙張會使有的顏料連同連結料一起滲入紙內,因而使顏色飽和度降低,影響了顏色的鮮艷程度。
