每天都對線性化進行抽測,合理調整顯影液定影液的濃度、溫度及時間。

                        包裝盒印刷廠照排膠片在使用中應註意哪些問題?


每一批次的激光照排膠片在投入使用前,都應進行基本密度測試及膠片線性化,然後根據測試結果採取相應的工藝措施。


如調整曝光量,以及顯影定影的溫度和時間等。每天都對線性化進行抽測,合理調整顯影液定影液的濃度、溫度及時間。


一般用國產的顯影液沖洗膠片,要將藥液按1:4~1:3稀釋。要註意顯影溫度設定過高會使顯影液因蒸發、氧化速度過快而失效,


造成膠片灰霧度過高,推薦顯影溫度為34℃~36℃般要將定影液按1:4稀釋,推薦定影溫度為28℃~32℃,定影時間為3035s。


否則會導致膠片灰霧度過高,且密度也達不到要求,更為嚴重的是形成藥液結晶附著在定影輥上,劃傷膠片。激光照


排的膠片中含有防暈層,在定影、水洗的過程中有一些會脫落在片基上形成淡藍色的水斑,可在定影液中加入適量的堅膜劑


消除。水洗槽要保持清潔,保證每天更換一次水。
