這種LP系統在由層壓原版到軟管成型之間，適合進行連續捲筒印刷，以樹脂凸版進行UV印刷，效果較好。特殊成型的層壓軟管可用凸版膠印方法。吹塑軟管的成型方法是採用一次吹壓成型機進行擠壓吹塑成型。

                              步殼印刷多種軟管


生產方法是沖壓軟管身部的同時，對預先成型的頭部（軟管的嘴管、肩部）進行同步純熔成型。或與之相反，


在頭部成型的同時，與先成型的管身進行同步熱熔粘接製成軟管。


復合軟管是多層化技術的產物，其基本加工方法為：對軟管用疊層板進行層壓加工後進行管身成型，再用高頻熔法（高頻感應加熱）鋁層為熱媒介，


用熱封法將管身的接縫黏合管身和頭部再用噴射或壓縮成型法黏合。首層壓軟管所用的印刷方法，一般多為凹版印刷，即先以凹印預印管身，


再與頭部結合。目前，多品種、小批量的生產採用後期印刷的方式，即先層壓後再進行印刷，又稱為LP系統印刷復合軟管製造工藝。


這種LP系統在由層壓原版到軟管成型之間，適合進行連續捲筒印刷，以樹脂凸版進行UV印刷，效果較好。特殊成型的層壓軟管可用凸版膠印方法。


吹塑軟管的成型方法是採用一次吹壓成型機進行擠壓吹塑成型。其工藝是使用模具前端將堆放在模具規定好半徑和厚度的熱坯料（軟管半成品）推到鼓風合並模內，


通過壓縮空氣的擠壓而成型，吹塑時坯料移動，因此又稱為坯料移動法。此外，還可以使用逐次噴射成型機依次噴射並按吹塑法的原理成型。


吹塑軟管可以釆用凸版膠印、柔性版印刷、絲網印刷。
