                          金屬印刷塗裝工藝


金屬板根據特性及使用目的的不同，應具有蝕性及印刷、加工性能。


為了使其性能和加工方法相適相應的耐應，在印刷前後要進行塗裝加工。金屬板的塗裝一般由輥料鬥料輥式塗布機完成，


其基本構成塗布眼一定量的塗料由傳料混傳給塗布，再由塗布輥將塗金屬板料塗布在金屬板上完成錶面塗裝，料鬥輥與傳料輥的間隙大小決定了塗層厚度。


由於金屬板是按一定間隔進行傳送的，因此，金屬板之間有一定間距，在此間距內，塗布機的基本構成增與面料接觸，將塗料轉移到制料上並刀將上的塗料到下，


以防在全圖的間將料轉移到下一使金屬析的背面，引背面神就若在金屬板上進行全塗布，板材的傳送與塗布的用向位置沒有時間配合關系，但進行布時，
