燙印時先要試壓，壓力由低向高逐漸調整，盡可能用較低的壓力燙出均勻而完整的文最好壓力穩定後再正式生產。

燙印時先要試壓，壓力由低向高逐漸調整，盡可能用較低的壓力燙出均勻而完整的文最好壓力穩定後再正式生產。


一般用硅橡膠板燙印ABS類的塑料，用1=1.5MPa壓力聚丙烯類的塑料，壓力要提高一些；用金屬燙印膜燙印熱塑性塑料時，


壓力要提高2MPa以上；而對熱固性塑料，壓力可提高到4-10MPa，但以不壓壞產品為限。


燙印時間不宜太長。一般都在2s之內，正常的平燙多在1s以內。上述三個因素在一定範圍內可以稍作調整，相互補充。


例如，在規定溫度的下限，用增大壓力和延長時間也可以達到正常溫度下的效果；反之，如果溫度偏高，


用減少時間，降低壓力，也可以獲得正常效果。但這只能掌握在一定限度內，不能無限延伸。
